This is the first piece from my newest series of work based on passing glimpses and views from night train windows. It was this one which really kicked this journey off. Executed mostly in palette knife to try and not get too 'fiddly'! Depending on the movement and speed of the train, these are naturally abstracted to one degree or another but there is always an impression, a suggestion which informs your brain of what might be going on 'out there'.
